i totally agree with others. the customer service very bad, you loose your peace of mind after you make payment and even after so many days they do not make the delivery. they never pick the call and update the status, everytime you have to run to the showroom and ask for the up date...please do not buy any thing from this show room.
I have purchased washing machine from e zone they delivered it after 3 days but that was damaged i informed them and asked for replacement. Now even after 6 days also they not replaced the machine every time they are telling their driver problems about bangalore traffic jams and try to hide their negligence and bitter service. it suggest not to buy from this place even if they sell the product in half price
