Developer:

A key constituent of OnYoMo's operations is Data Management. To handle this, we need people with following skill
sets:
1. strong knowledge of data management tools such as MS Excel, MS Access etc
2. experience with data mining preferred
3. excellent team and task coordination skills

Manager:
OnYoMo's footprint spans multiple categories such as Utility Products, Entertainment etc. To actively manage these
categories, we need people who can:
1. explore various sources of information for a category and select the best one
2. study internet trends to constanly look for new features or information that internet users already/will like
and incorporate them into the OnYoMo functionality for the category
3. detail out the entire information management process for the category - right from sourcing to storage to
delivery
4. be OnYoMo's point of contact for all major players in the category and manage information exchange with them
5. analyse the value drivers of the category and design analytical reports to capture these drivers for both
internal and external use
6. work with other teams such as Finance, Technology and Marketing to ensure coordinated growth of the category
7. provide inputs on strategy direction for OnYoMo

Development Manager:
OnYoMo emphasizes developing and maintaining healthy relationships with all its partners. To achieve this, we need
people who can do the following:
1. Engage sales managers, distributors, customers of OnYoMo's current/potential partners to study problems each
one of them faces in the selling/buying process
2. Engage marketing managers of these companies with an analysis of the problems and the solutions that OnYoMo
could offer to these problems
3. Highlight OnYoMo's capabilities as an advertising platform and jointly define the partner's advertising
strategy for the OnYoMo platform
4. Study the overall market, including media, online, other players, to explore partnership avenues, perform
cost-benefit analysis of such partnerships, and selectively strike partnership deals with these players
5. Interact with internal teams, viz. Categories, Finance and Technology to convey market requirements and study
OnYoMo value propositions
6. Provide inputs on strategy direction for OnYoMo
