A little nook of a restaurant that attempts to recreate the magic of Parathewalli Galli in Old Delhi. It is a kitchsy, fun restaurant where you might want to take your friends from phorein. With antique, colourful doors brought down from Chandni Chowk and old movie posters against a background sound of old Bollywood music, the restaurant successfully creates a rustic ambience. They have over 100 varieties of Paranthas, from Prawn-stuffed to Sharabi Parantha (stuffed with dry fruits soaked in alcohol). The tastes range from mediocre to excellent. Highly recommended are the Mughlai Pocket Parantha, Dahi ke Kebab and Dal Makhmali.

    "Great Parathas"
    First - the ambience - its brilliant! They have tried to maintain pristine look of the place, with Chandni Chowk's parathe wali gali well highlighted, and some really old trinkets hanging around the place, including the furniture - which includes really old style windows etc.

    The Service - great service - if for some reason you are not satisfied with the quality of the paratha, you can request the waiters to do something about it, and depending on the nature of your complaint, they might replace it algotether.

    The Spread - I never imagined paratha spread to be so extensive - I mean if you look at the menu, I think they have all imaginable parathas on their menu.

    The Taste - Its simply lip smacking. Parathas, had with butter, and dipped a bit in Pickles - its simply out of this world.
    Recommendations:Tandooris ones generally taste better than Tawa ones
