Located at hotel Mosaic, Fluid stands out with creative graffiti done on the wall. There is a water body in the lawn. The bright white and sometimes yellow lights create a different energy to the ambience. White low comfy sofas, transparent air-filled, see-through plastic cushions with buttons inside, and large bottles of wines and different brand of liquor displayed at the bar make the place attractive. DJ Pawan and DJ Sonya entertain the guests with trance and house music. They have wines and liquor from almost all the countries that are famous for their wines, such as France, Australia, Italy, New Zealand, Chile and the odd Californian Rose. Their USP are speciality dishes like Ginger Scented Vegetable Nuggets, Mixed Vegetable Shammi, Shahi Shikanja Paneer, Roasted Vegetable Quesadilla, Fire Grilled Tiger Prawns, Salmon Tikka Masala, Murg Mukhmalli, Galouti Afghani. The cocktails that are good here are the fluid kick, ice berg and freezer that comprises vodka, grape juice with cointreau on crushed ice.
