UNABLE TO UNDERSTAND WHY EVEN AFTER SEVEN DAYS THE HITACHI 1.1 T WINDOW AC IS NOT BEING INSTALLED. MY MONEY SEEMS TO BE PUT IN DRAIN. MR VIMAL / MR NAVIN ASSURE IT WILL BE INSTALLED, BUT WHEN ? POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE COUPLED WITH LOADS OF BLOOD SUCKING HUNGRY MOSQUITOES. NO SPRAY USED AND NO WATER FACILITY

I recently paid a visit to the Metro Walk EZone. Hell yes i was impressed looking at the shere size of this retail giant and at the same time was highly optimistic to get an Apple iPod nano at an applaudable price.

But this optimism shattered and ended in an awful experience with the sales staff.

It is still understandable that they could suddenly run out of all the Apple goodies, since the footfall at the Metro walk is pretty remarkable. But somebody please explain to me the unruly behavior of the sales staff with the customers. In an era, where its proven that "Customer is the king", they make you feel like a street bum.

Asking for the manager did no good too. The result was still the indifferent staff and some teasing eye glances and whispers and the sound of giggles.

Well the end result of all the wait was nothing but humiliation.

I wonder how many people would read this review and out of people who read this, how many would believe it. For if you tell them that there are a million stars in the galaxy, they'll believe it but if you tell them that the paint on that bench is still wet, they will have to check it for themselves.

But my suggestion is, dont take my words for the sake of it, Check it out for yourself and then, if you feel need be, please do comment on my review about this retail giant.

To many this would be one instance in isolation, but then imagine, it could had been you. And in times like these when competition is stiff, the question is if they still can afford to displease even a single customer.
