No one really knows how old the place is, but Olympia has been a Colaba landmark ever since I can remember. Long mirrors adorning the walls and high ceilings looking down on fossilised, marble-top tables, add to the charm of the place. The much-hyped biryani just might be too greasy for your taste. The Mutton Fry Masala, Bheja Fry Masala, Chicken Masala, Egg Curry (in which you are warned that you ‘may find a bone piece’) are okayish. Bringing in ‘wine or drink is prohibited’. Only confirmed non-veggies in search of a Grade II eatery serving Mughlai cuisine need venture here.
