I purchase Sony Digital Camera from e-zone, Chembur,Mumbai. At the time of billing they are told me no processing for EMI conversion but after that they charged Merchant Processing Fee to my card provider. So, they are very much cheater.So, don't purchase from them. From, Yogesh
Absolutely pathetic customer service....The quality of sales staff needs to be improved and trained in courtesy....After all E Zone is only a retailer in products and the sales will depend on the sales staff .Incase EZone management is interested in the customers complaint then they should heed and read the complaints.
