I have taken hitachi split AC from EZONE Kandivali. After delivery i found that they have given the display one. i came to know as i visited the next day of the delivery. They are playing with customer's confidence. I will not make any purchase from them in future.
E zone Kandivali is the worst retail store.As a customer I understood store's stock problem and gave them 7 days for delivery. But after 10 days of follow up I have still not got my Philips HTS.I have paid in full and still the store is least bothered to service the customer. I will never ever shop from E-zone
i booked a lenovo laptop in ezoneand pushpendar took the full payment from me and told me the a packed piece will come in7 days but i waited for 2 months and then he gave me a laptop with the ceal broken and it was a display piece but he told me it is a new 1 which is open so that we can check whether every thing is there in the box so now what can we tell how can we purchase from this fucin shop
I purchased a LENOVO laptop from them but forgot to ask for its drivers. 1 day after when I asked its drivers, his Salesperson Shashank first refused but later on on the cost of CD he agreed. But at the time of delievery he refused for anything...and i m myself arranging for its drivers to format it according to my choice....what a cheat they are....when they r at like this at selling time what they may be post sales of product.....
From last week my mouse & accessaries are pending of my leveno leptop purchased 2 week ago, still they are not contacting me, What they EZONE people are giving this type of service to customer? Cell . 9870391967
